My own experiences with massage therapy led me down the alternative healthcare path, finding other ways to help someone with a more first-tier approach of maintenance and healing. I experienced two jaw dislocations during grand mal seizures as a teenager and now have chronic jaw issues. Along the way, I was incredibly disheartened by the lack of mainstream information and help in available jaw treatments and sought out alternative methods, like acupuncture and intra-oral. Through chiropractic care, massage and increased self-care and advocacy, I finally felt some momentum in my personal health, which sparked my intrigue to return to school for Massage Therapy. In 2019, I graduated from Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology at the top of my class. My primary goal has consistently been to increase my knowledge of TMJ- related issues and shift my practice towards this eventually. In 2024, I obtained my Level 1 TMJ Massage Therapies Online CPD Training from Helen Baker, a jaw specialist based out of England. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, and accrued my 200 hours of in-class training via Son Nguyen at Nguyen Chiropractic & Ashiatsu Training Centre. I offer General Swedish Massage, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue Bamboo Massage, as well as TMJD- focused treatment, which includes intra-oral massage. I am committed to providing my clients with the best possible treatment, based around their needs, limitations and goals.

I was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. I grew up playing a variety of different sports, mainly hockey, and still remain very active. I have always been interested in the human body; how it’s structured, and how the systems cooperate and allow us to navigate daily life. Also, what happens when this harmony is disturbed and how manual therapy can help restore health. I am a University of Windsor Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Masters Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Science. I have continued my education to pursue fields of treatment including treating visceral organs as well as treating women throughout all stages of pregnancy.
